Kevin's team sells $120M+ in luxury real estate (on average) each year, and Kevin is approaching $2B in career luxury real estate sales. Specializing in high-end properties from $4MM to $40MM, Kevin’s sales portfolio includes waterfront estates in Greenwich & Darien, major estates in Greenwich, townhouses & penthouses in NYC, plus oceanfront estates & equestrian compounds in the Hamptons.

Since joining Compass in 2018, Kevin has embraced a “high-touch meets high-tech” approach, combining client-focused service with cutting-edge tools to navigate the evolving & complex luxury market. In Greenwich, where he’s lived since 2010, Kevin is the #1 Compass agent by sales volume 2 years running (2023 & 2024) and holds records for highest average sale price and highest individual sale. Kevin sells multiple $10M+ properties each year, which is a reflection of the elite clientele he serves on a daily basis.

Kevin leverages the unparalleled reach & influence associated with this nationwide Private Client Network to effectively sell high-end properties, and service his clients across their entire real estate portfolio. With this platform in place, Kevin is able to service family office & wealth management clients in virtually every luxury real estate market in the country.

Before real estate, Kevin built a successful career at American Express, gaining business leadership and strategy skills which he now applies to complex real estate negotiations and transactions. He later operated his own private brokerage, and spent years as an investor & developer, deepening his knowledge of architecture, design, construction and investment strategy.

Longtime residents of this incredible community, Kevin and his wife DeAnne raised their two children in Greenwich, where they received a world-class education at the Greenwich Country Day School. In addition to serving on the board of the Greenwich International Film Festival, Kevin supports several local philanthropic organizations. Kevin pursued an MBA in marketing at St. John's University, and completed his real estate accreditation at New York University.
